Robert E. Underwood, Jr. was born January 21, 1931 in Pennsylvania. He attended St. Joseph's College and the University of Illinois. Underwood worked for many years as the Network Manager for the National Association of Educational Broadcasters, from at least 1957 to 1964. Cecil S. Bidlack was born July 2, 1903. He attended Ohio State University, which he graduated from in 1925. In 1928, he worked as an Assistant Announcer and Operator for WEAO radio station at Ohio State University.
